1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
ชื่อ-นามสกุล อีเมล หน่วยงาน/สังกัด ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ (ชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัส) ตลอดจนเนื้อหาบทความและไฟล์ที่ท่านส่งเข้าระบบ รวมถึงข้อมูลของผู้ร่วมแต่งบทความที่ท่านระบุ

2. วัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูล

• เพื่อบริหารจัดการการรับและลงทะเบียนบทความ
• เพื่อดำเนินการพิจารณากลั่นกรองบทความโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแบบปกปิด (blind peer review)
• เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับสถานะบทความและการจัดประชุม
• เพื่อจัดทำและเผยแพร่เอกสารสืบเนื่องจากการประชุม (proceedings) และการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านแก่

• ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ทำหน้าที่ประเมินบทความ
• สถาบันหรือองค์กรที่ร่วมจัดการประชุม
• วารสารวิชาการที่รับบทความของท่านไปพิจารณาเผยแพร่ต่อ

เราจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้ เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่านหรือเป็นการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี นับจากวันที่เผยแพร่เอกสารสืบเนื่องจากการประชุม หลังพ้นกำหนดดังกล่าว ข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านมีสิทธิเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล ขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูล คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล ถอนความยินยอม และร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. มาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย
เรามีมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เช่น การจำกัดสิทธิการเข้าถึงและการเข้ารหัสรหัสผ่าน

1. Personal data we collect
Name, email address, affiliation, academic position, telephone number, account credentials (username and an encrypted password), the manuscripts and files you submit, and the details of any co-authors you provide.

2. Purposes of collection and use

• To manage paper submission and registration;
• To conduct blind peer review;
• To communicate with you about submission status and the conference;
• To prepare and publish the conference proceedings and related activities.

3. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose your data to:

• Reviewers evaluating submissions (under a blind process);
• The institution(s) or organization(s) co-organizing the conference;
• Academic journals that accept your paper for further consideration.

We will not disclose your data for any other purpose unless we have your consent or are required to do so by law.

4. Data retention
We retain your personal data for 5 years from the date the conference proceedings are published. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.

6. Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — such as access controls and password encryption — to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
